These guidelines ensure the best experience for all clients. • All appointments must be booked online ⏰ Late Policy •Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. •After 10 minutes, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled, and the deposit will be forfeited. •If you’re running late, please contact us ASAP. ❌ Cancellation & No-Show Policy •Cancel/reschedule at least 24–48 hours in advance. •Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in loss of deposit. • No-shows will be required to pay 100% of the service. 🧼 Health & Hygiene •Please arrive with clean lashes and no makeup on the area to be treated. •If you are sick, have a contagious condition, or are showing symptoms, please reschedule your appointment. •Your safety is our top priority. All tools are sanitized and disposable items are used for every client. 🛑 Contraindications Please notify us before booking if: •You are pregnant or breastfeeding •You are taking blood thinners or have a major medical condition •You’ve had cosmetic work or procedures done recently This may affect your eligibility for certain services. 📸 Photo Consent •We may take before & after photos for portfolio and marketing purposes. •If you prefer not to have your photos posted, please let us know in advance. 💗 Touch-Up & Results Policy (for PMU) •Touch-ups are not included unless stated. •Healed results vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. Additional sessions may be needed and charged accordingly.
